Our company provides transportation between the Bread Loaf Campus and the Burlington International Airport, the Greyhound Bus stop at the Burlington Airport, and the Amtrak Station located in Essex Junction, Vermont.

Transportation is available 24/7 with a reservation 48 hours in advance; however, we ask that you make your reservation as soon as possible to help facilitate the ridesharing process..

The one-way rate for 2024 is $159 for a single rider, $89 each for 2 riders and $59 each for three or more. We will help coordinate group trips whenever possible. In most cases a rideshare will be available but we cannot make that guarantee. 

ARRIVAL AT BTV

At the Burlington airport, whether by plane or bus- The Burlington airport is small and very easy to navigate. Just look for your driver with a " BREAD LOAF " sign at the INFORMATION BOOTH in the baggage claim area. Some waiting at the airport may be necessary to accommodate fellow travelers arriving on the next flight. Shuttles will depart from the airport about every hour throughout the day.

( Please note that there is no need to contact us if your plane is delayed as we will be monitoring flights closely.)

At the Amtrak Station in Essex Junction - If you are arriving at the Amtrak station in Essex Junction just look for your driver with a sign at the station entrance.

DEPARTURE FROM BREAD LOAF CAMPUS

There is a preset schedule on JUNE 17  and AUGUST 24. 

Choose the time from schedule that is most convenient for you.

Remember that travel time takes about an hour and a half between the campus and the airport. Train passengers should select the 730am shuttle.

SHUTTLE SCHEDULE:   230am    530am    730am    9am    1030am     12noon    

Please be punctual as we will stay on schedule as close as possible.

The pickup location is at the BREAD LOAF INN.
